Enjoy the peace in our Finnish sauna. After using the sauna, cool down under the pouring bucket and relax in the comfortable relaxation chairs. You can use our sauna for only 5.50 euros per person. Towels and bathrobes are availible for you. The Finnish sauna is open daily from 07:00 – 22:00.

In collaboration with IQ Balance, a wellness area is located in Hotel De Roode Schuur in Nijkerk. The space is accessible to everyone, treatments such as a massage are scheduled by appointment. Every meeting is an important source of inspiration for IQ Balance. The knowledge of Ayurveda (ayus = life, veda = science), the oldest health theory in the world, forms the basis of the method.
